Pengendalian lipas jerman (Blattella germanica Linnaeus) dengan menggunakan attractive toxic sugar baits

The use of attractive toxic sugar baits (ATSB) is a novelty in vector and residential pest control. This study aims to determine the concentration bait that able attract german cockroach Blattela germanica Linnaeus, effectiveness various types substances as an ATSB control cockroaches. method based on behavior adult insects eat sugars from sources contain materials will ultimately kill insects. used this were inorganic insecticides (boric acid), pyrrole (chlorefenapir), neonicotinoids (dinotefuran), pyrethroids (permethrin deltamethrin). results showed for was 5% sucrose. with 25% boric acid material caused 46.25% mortality, 0.12% chlorfenapir 70% mortality 24 hours after treatment. Furthermore, dinetofuran 0.08% deltamethrin concentrations highest (100%), while permethrin which lower than other at same time observation. conclusions provide basic information about its potential controlling Indonesia.
